Content Creation
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content to identify relevant topics and angles.
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
Produce various types of content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more, tailored to different platforms and audiences that will grow brand awareness and community.
Incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Content Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to achieve business objectives, including storytelling and copywriting.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content.
- Create innovative content images, videos, captions, and activities for social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to increase reach and recognition.For example Gameplay videos and tutorials. Live Streams, Written articles and blog posts, Community Engagement, Interact with the gaming community through comments,Build and maintain a strong online presence, Foster a positive and inclusive community environment (Create, shoot, edit).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with overall business goals.

- Manage and maintain our social media channels.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities

Stay updated on gaming industry trends, partners, and competitors’ activities to identify content opportunities.
Brand Voice and Messaging
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Develop clear and persuasive calls to action to encourage audience engagement and desired behaviors.
Content Distribution and Promotion
- Choose the most suitable platforms to distribute content, considering the target audience's preferences and habits.
- Utilize social media platforms to share content, engage with the audience, and build a strong online presence.
- Employ various strategies, such as email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships, to reach a wider audience.
Content Analysis and Optimization
- Distribute content through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor key metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates,to measure content effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and makedata-informed decisions.
- Refine content strategies and tactics based on performance insightsand emerging trends.
Collaboration

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication art, Advertising or a related field and/or relevant years of experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant experience in content creating or branding with ability to build community and social media engagement from a user-oriented perspective.
- Proven experience in creator/artist relations, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of social media is essential.
- Excellent grammatical and language skills with ability to convey message through video content by using different styles/tones to engage with different audiences.
- Understand video creation workflows. Understand how to interact and brief the creative team, i.e. graphic designer, videographer, video editor, and photographer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of core social media platforms especially in (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok, as well as creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, SaaS etc.
